Every product starts with your brief
Consultation
We discuss your requirements—application, performance needs, order volumes and lead times—to determine the right type or moulded soft (open cell) or rigid (closed cell) polyurethane product required.
Specification and pricing
Pricing is provided upon consultation, based on product size and material requirements. If a mould is required, there will be a one-off cost to make your mould, and minimum order quantities may apply.
Mould production
We can work with your specialist pattern maker or recommend one. Once we have your mould pattern, we can create your bespoke mould.
Moulded products
If your product needs to be made in an soft (open cell) polyurethane foam we will combine two chemicals at ambient temperature using a mould-injected A-Compact Cannon Dosing machine. The specialist machine and process lets us achieve consistent results every-time in the required density and flexibility required.
Alternatively, if your product needs to be made from a rigid (closed cell) polyurethane we will combine the chemicals by pouring them into the mould. The processes and raw materials will be modified based on your specific requirements.

Each product is manufactured to your exact specifications and quality checked before dispatch.
