Who we are

Debco Plastics has been manufacturing rigid and soft (flexible) polyurethane products since 1986. What started as a specialist operation in Western Australia has grown into a trusted supplier for clients across Australia and offshore—in industries as varied as healthcare, agriculture, transport, and equestrian.

We tailor the Polyurethane (PU) properties, a very versatile polymer by adjusting the ingredients and manufacturing process to create products for our clients that can be rigid (solid plastics) or soft cushioning foams with different densities and required textures. 

Every moulding we make for our clients is custom made to their precise product specifications. We don't hold standard stock of soft or rigid plastic products—what we make, we make for you. 

Our soft (open cell) polyurethane foams are produced by combining two chemicals at ambient temperature using a mould-injected A-Compact Cannon Dosing machine. The reaction causes the mixture to expand and fill a mould cavity at 45 °C—a process that lets us achieve precise density, flexibility, and structural characteristics for each application. 

Our rigid (closed cell) polyurethane products are produced by combining chemicals and pouring them into the mould in the shape of the finished product. The processes and raw materials can be modified based on the requirements of the product bring produced.
