What we manufacture

Different polyurethane products, many applications

We produce different types of moulded polyurethane products; both soft (open cell) and rigid (closed cell), each suited to different performance requirements. Below are some of the products and industries we supply. 

Transport

Elastomer train seat backs and seat support components—produced for the Perth rail network—alongside chin guards, kangaroo bar overriders for other transport applications. 

Furniture and seating

Armrests for office chairs, replacement car seats, and pull-down safety bars—foam solutions tailored to ergonomics, durability, and end-use environments. 

Healthcare

Integral skin foam components including patient knee pads, calf pads, stirrups, and lifter components—durable outer skin with a cellular interior for cushioning and support. 

Equestrian

Cold-cured flexible foam components for horse saddles—softer, more responsive formulations designed for horse rider comfort and longevity in the saddle. As well as rigid (closed cell) components for horse saddle manufacturing to ensure maximum durability for the life of the saddle. 

Refrigeration

Low-density insulation grade foams for refrigeration components — high-performance thermal barriers formulated to specification. 

Industrial and other

Foam-filled tyres, elastomeric polyurethane blocks, and encapsulated hard foams for electronic equipment—plus any other application that requires a custom foam solution.
